Description
Not far from where I live, deep in the woods, are the ruins of an old Victorian hotel. Once one of the most splendid and palatial hotels in North America, all that remains are the towering stone walls and foundations. Before it was destroyed by fire, it was rumored to be haunted by the ghost of a young woman. Nobody knows who she was or how she died.

great work. You managed very well a subject that it's so difficult to colour properly. Compliments :)

Ashley, this place is located in Nova Scotia, Canada. The immediate area is beautiful, like something from Lord of the Rings. It's a wonderful place for photos. The trek through the woods to the site of the hotel follows an old forest road, and is reminiscent of the area in "The Fellowship of the Ring" when the Hobbits are hiding from the Dark Rider at the edge of the road.
