Description

This was an older idea that I had come up with for a stamp design using different art movements. Over the years the original work got destroyed so I felt I should redo it for you folks here at Renderosity. Art Nouveau: 1890-1910 Including using the female form, Art Nouveau had many characteristics. The work can be a work in itself and may have organic colors. In this piece I chose to use good line work as in the works of Aubrey Beardsley. There is very little shading but filled with detail. Pen and ink on poster board.

Love the ancient Greek nose profile :) and the edgy attitude. It looks like a Bacchus angry for they stole his favourite wine :)

Details up the yin yang! That's hard work. I could see this being an artistic tile somewhere. Original thought and a fine example of the movement. Meticulously executed!

This is remarkable... I love it. In a way it reminds me of those old Dungeons and Dragons books with all of the hand drawn monster illustrations. Great image!
