Ok, not really a path but still I started to really like this sort of look for this area, so this will be a series of pictures, look for more later if you're interested

I like it. Simple and bold and inviting. Looks like California or Nevada to me.

Looks like Highway 50 to me going through Nevada, also known as the "loneliess highway in America". I drove it in a '88 Honda CRX hitting 130mph...and all that BS about the Burqa's of Afgani women, this is what it's really about, perserving the cooling effect of sweat next to the flesh. Deserts evoke their own esoteric, melancholic grandeur particularly inspirational to surviving a world of unremitting harshness.

are we headed for Big Bend? so glad to be viewing it from a safe distance... may even make me want to visit again, ya never know :)
