Description

Ok so the fish tank could look better. This was done in Vue d'Esprit 4, no post-work was done in any other program.

Interesting to say the least, clean yet abstract at the same time I think. Nice job.

Ethereal, I like the tonal quality. The knife is somewhat incongruous. Mimdon

I found this image to have a certain campiness that I found rather appealing. I feel like the fish tank is a block of ice and the knife is for carving. Sort of very very post modern A Fish Called Wanda. Hope this is helpful - I am an artist but not a digital one. Best.

Very, very cool. The surrealistic look of this scene is terrific. Well done, sir.

There are a number of faults with this image - notably of scale: fish too big for the tank, tank too big and unstable for the stand; chair apparently designed for a midget... also the bowl of ferns appears to be slightly floating above the table top. But in spite of this, there is something cool and oddly appealing about it - I think its virtues lie in the colours, the clean almost clinical lines, and the balance of the composition - so that I end up liking it regardless of the above issues.

Yes I mostly agree with the above comment by FlyCatcher. I made some stuff too big because I was trying to work on details. This image was not ever really finished. It just got boring and tedious. "Just imagine it finished", cheers!
