BIO
Since 1993 the Dutch couple, Willem and Madeleine, have been working together in different fields of the arts and chose Hyperborea, as their professional name.
Being sculptors by trade, they have created a substantial collection of stone and bronze sculptures.
They've discovered the realm of computer graphics and this resulted in a large number of 3D renderings of alien landscapes inhabited with graceful life forms.
Most recently they have been working together on various projects in which they combine their sculptures, 3D artworks and original electronic ambient music into multi-media presentations.
Living in the south of The Netherlands, they have their own gallery and sculpture garden where visitors can experience their work.

Always a delight to see a different stargate depiction ... and with an Arther C. Clark type of Monolith as well. Texture of water - sky and objects PERFECTION as always. Thanks for the pleasure my friends. :-D

Alas almost all the explorers have left, heeding the call of distant places. What have they seen or felt? Don't know, none have come back. There are those that say "Good riddance", we don't need them traveling to and fro and disturbing us with their tales of strange places and things. Others worry that once the last one goes, we shall lose something important and special. The last explorer waits torn between the call and the comforts of the familiar. Well done.
