Description

A 'Conveyer Class' Imperial carrier ship - The Exigence. Rear View Another original ship I designed & modelled for the Star Wars fan film 'Revelations'. It's about half the size of a Star Destroyer, and it's purpose is to carry vast amounts of TIE craft and shuttles. Although it's styling is based on the SD's, I intentionally made the ship much flatter with a wider bridge to reflect it's 'aircraft carrier' feel. Each side panel is full of hangars and launch bays, as well as having some larger central hangars between the front 'forks'. Modelled, textured and rendered in C4D7 PS: I still need to map the main plate areas properly with a UV texture so that the plate texture matches the mesh details. :)

Loads of mesh detail and superb lighting (like the space lighting a lot). Can't wait to see it in motion!

Sometimes I think this guy is actually God spending his retirement years after the whole universe-creating thing with a some light 3d modelling, just to impress the hell out of the mortals. This mortal is (again) highly impressed, anyway.

Equisite modelling, certainly it could have come out of the Star Wars films (although with the new ones that could be taken as an insult). Whatever you do to provide that convincing look of size and grandeur...keep it up as it works!

Excellent model and a very cool perspective. I especially love the view into the lower trench and the bridge position. Thanks for the inspiration. :)
