Description

A little better but maybe messy? Thanks for all of the suggestions. I tried most of the. changed the waves to spheres and tried gebe's waterfall motion and then post work in PSP. More suggestions are welcome

Nicely done. Spray looks excellent...sea monster could use texture with bumps or something to make him look wet.
