Description

Okay, so I know that this isn't the right pose for Orion in the sky, but this is how I imagined him when I saw the stars. :) -Credits- V3 with textures by JS (modified by myself), arch and bow from RunDNA, sky and moon texture by Cyphre, Mike's conforming loin by barnieloehn. Being an amateur stargazer myself I noticed that the orientaion of the stars to the night sky was off. Which you did acknowledge so no whining on my part. Then again it is ones own artistic expression that makes an image exquisite. And this is one very fine and exquisite image.

I'm an amateur astronomer, and I have to say that certain astronomy-related aspects of your artwork are a tad off, particularly the positions of Orion's component stars and the moon. But your artistic creativity and eye for detail far outweigh those innocent and trivial faults. This is an excellent piece of art, and I'm looking forward to your next submission! Keep on rendering! =)
