Damn yo, this is superb work (yes you've heard that a lot), but why? Because your shading skills are out of this world. You've given emotion to the eyes (emotion they lack in the photo due to contrast issues) Those fingers are incredible, the way you've placed a soft and gentle shadow around the nails make it look very realistic. The only thing I think is flawed is the nose, the shadow makes it look as if the nose placed a bit too much to the left. if you look arefully at the photo you'll see that the darker shadow is situated more to the middle of the nose (I wish i could point it out better).
