Description

And early trial of World Machine, Stephen Schmitt's new(ish) heightfield/terrain generator, rendered and with surface map done in Terragen. I was struck by the 'uplift fault' and the apparent talus fields. Like most such images, when 'finished', I can see the lighting could have been improved and the surface map could be more realistic and more striking, but I still was pleased with the result.
