Hello, I'm Jess, never really was good at introductions proper, so I'll just list a small portion of what inspires me.
A lot of makeup artists and photographers, especially Francois Nars, Kevin Aucoin,Stephan Marais and Juergen Teller Go-Sees book. Pyschobilly kulture, horror punk. Nine Inch Nails, a big inspiration. James Ellroy's novels,Depeche Mode,nerdcore,Optimus Rhyme, Dita von Teese,Black Dahlia Elizabeth Short, Blythe dolls, The art,photography,music and women of Mediaeval Baebes and Rasputina. Maxfield Parrish.
Body modification, tattooing and piercing-all the bells and whistles is very high on my inspiration list.Movie stars and glamour pin ups of the 20s-60s. I love Pinups...Vargas style, Peter Dribben, Bunny Yeager, Bettie Page, and Sophie Dahl.
Oh yes and Star Sybil from FFXI...I enjoy it...if your on Kujata server lol send me a site mail ;)

Very nice and a VERY cute face :o). My only criticism would be to suck some of the gray cast out of the image so that the colors are a little more saturated. One little trick I use VERY often when doing post in Photoshop (or any program that supports layers) is to make a copy of the render on a layer on top and change that layers properties to "Overlay". Works especially well on darker images by darkening the darks and brightening the lights. It also saturates the colors some :o).

I keep my layers so I will definitely go back into photoshop with your suggestion, thank you for the tips, always like to learn what to try that might have been missed without 'fresh eyes'. :)
