Great modeling. But I don't like the DOF. I think it makes it look like a small scale model.

Nope its not DOF that causes things to look like models, it is the scale of textures or the scale of elements in the models that will make things look small.

Excellent modeling, lighting and texturing! Soapy is right, the scale of the textures (in this case the ground texture) will decide how overall scale is perceived. Increase the tiling of the ground texture to fit the other scene elements to give the whole image a more "real" feeling. Personally, I kinda like the impression of small scale models in this one, so feel free to keep it that way :)

Great model! By the way, depth-of-field does influence perception of scale, along with the scale of textures and the other things mentioned. Photographically, if something other than a telephoto lens is used, large objects at a normal distance from the camera will show no depth-of-field. A long lens or an extreme close-up are where DOF shows up, and as this does not show the flattened perspective of a long lens, one subconsciously associates the blurring as being a result of a small object seen up close. To see this effect, look at any photo of a small scale railroad model, as compared with a similar shot of a full sized locomotive.

I don't think it's the floor tile that looks un-realistic, I've seen a few aircraft hangers with slab concrete floors. The model is great but it's too clean, anyone who's been anywhere near a military vehicle, even a brand new one, will tell you they tend to be dirty beasts. Overlay some grit/dirt textures and reduce the amount of glossiness, will greatly enhance the realism
