Hi there , Im a 35 male and been using Poser off and on for a few years now. Now trying to get my head around 3dMax and Lightwave. Main things in my life are my lil 3year old girl, my drawing n painting and playing on the comp martial arts(in that order lol). Areas of art are fantasy, sci-fi, bikes & cars and body work.

Ahhh the hands ,,lol,, the hands are the real weak point at the moment. Space marine hands should be heavy armoured and able to wove as a normal hand. The model I got didnt have this so Im still working on this. Im trying a beafed up version of Daz gothic armour gloves at the momet, they might be what it needs.

You should really texture the armor and add some bump, dirt, blisterings and scratches. The polygone softening should be overworked, so that you can get rid of the polygone artefacts in the brest and hip region. To improve the hands, you could add a stronger highlight to the hand texture and set the highlight colour to a 20% grey. That would keep em visible while retaining the dark colour.
