Howdy, welcome to my homepage. Here you'll find a variety of artwork here, mostly i stick to photography these days, but I have a lot 3D rendered work created in a variety of programs. (Lightwave, Cinema 4D and Terragen mostly). Thanks for visiting :PBIOWell I work full time at Neverblue Media Inc. as a Graphic Designer, which I'm pretty happy with for now.
I try to get outside a lot since I spend most of my time at work inside in front of a computer. (At least I have a window with a good view). I'm into a lot of various outdoor activities such as: camping, running, hiking, rollerblading, skiing, climbing, mountainbiking, ultimate frisbee, swimming, ummm ya i guess that covers it.
I listen to a lot of music, while i'm at home, while i'm in the car, while i'm at work, or anywhere on my iPod.
I also write my own music, I've been playing piano since I was 9 years old, and I'm currently learning to play guitar. I've got 2 keyboards, one of which is full size, weighted, touch sensitive electric paino. I use software called Reason to record, sequence, add affects, master and render my music.
Here at renderosity I tend to only post my "best" artwork, and the more artistic, almost more serious stuff. If you're interested in seeing more, (my adventures and lower quality work) you may check out these websites:

I like it a lot,the main thing about stuff like this is building a ship with a strong form/profile.More so than the amount of detail that goes into it,look at the original USS Enterprise for example, great shape, not overdone on the detail.Unless like me you like ships with detail aswell !!!

very nice for a first try!!! did you use the ron thorton video? the textures look like it. one comment, turn off ambient light. it's flattening the image. instead use adirectional lfill ight in the reverse angle of the main light at a low intensity keep up the good work! Pete.

I don't know from Lightwave, but it's a good design. I'm sure there's some sort of 'smoothing' feature, to make it look good. Don't worry, I used Bryce for over a year before I found out how to do it..;) You're off to a good start, keep it up.

Terrific first model! I am sincerely impressed, specially since I think back and recall that my first models were pretty much just a bunch of balls and boxes. It helps if you can find the balance of when to add points to smooth sections out, and when to minimize your polygons and just leave details to your texture work. You're off to a great start! Keep posting. :o)
