"Now, my friends, all that is true, all that is noble, all that is just and pure...fill your thoughts with these things." (Philippians 4:8)
Five years ago I quit my teaching job and have been doing my art and photography professionally. Although I am new to the business, and money is scarce a lot, it is very rewarding to me. It has been years since I have posted on this site and I have missed talking to you guys. I hope some of you at least will remember me.

Really great job, sis! Your line work is superb! Has a bit of a Cheshire cat look on it's face. I hope it's not hungry :} I'm not really all that tasty-hehe.

I love pen & ink. Did you do this directly with the ink or did you pencil it in first?

Thank you, everyone for your kind comments. In answer to the question do I first draw these in pencil or just do them in pen and ink, let me say, yes, I do a preliminary sketch in pencil, but no details. I just want to make sure I have all of the main characteristics in, like the eyes in the right place compared to the nose, etc...otherwise, I will mess it up. Thanks for the kind comments. I really appreciate them.
