Reworked the original pic. Added a crew and changed the atmosphere.
There are 7 crew on the closest ship..(can you find them)

Other than some more detail in the water spashes or maybe just more? This seems quite good to me, your sea is terrific.

Yeah! This is terrific :) The birds might seems a bit large but it's a minor thing! The sea looks great.

Thomas....I resized the birds. They were to large...I did not realize how big they were.
