Tried to give it a tv series kinda look,kinda like a screen shot, kinda messed up lol XP thx for veiwing XD

I like the image overall nice angle and expression, but the screen effect isn't quite happening - I think you need more of stripey rather than/as well as grainy overlay. vdl adrenaline and saphire both do free photoshop plugins that can mimic the effect, or you can create your own - new doc, 2x4px, top square black, bottom white(edit>define pattern) and fill a layer with the paint bucket, apply a small blur, set blend mode to screen and bob's yer uncle!
