To me, this is better than the previous:

B/W is more fascinating and could be good for portraits
As ljack999 told, the game of hair/lights was really interestingNothing more to say...maybe! ;-)

I finally decided to look into your gallery. Past the fourth page that is. Now I'm checking it all out backwards. I can honestly conclude that I'm glad I did because I was missing out on some nice photography work. Well done.
