Theres not meant to be a point, its just a picture. It was infulenced by a Hong Kong film with Chow Lee Fat, where he was a cop holding a baby and a gun, but I didnt have a cop uniform.

you've been posting alot of stuff lately and it seems you're going for quanity not quality... it's not like Renderosity gives free money away for volume... so take more time producing an image... give it good texture, good lighting, no one is going to pat you on the back for playing with posers(well maybe the poser people will), but you need to do more than just export posers to thrill this gallery...

Not everyone can do photorealism, if the quality is low, maybe its just as high as I can get it.

Darksteps has a good point, mate. You can do better if you try....we all can! Spend some more time on just one image and try some new ideas; you might be surprised with the results. Importing Poser models into MAX isn't taboo, it's just that you're making a career out of it, and you'll find some genuine anti-poser feeling on this gallery's postings...some see it as cheating. Good Luck, Mike

I would welcome some tips on lighting and texturing. The klingon bird of prey was entirely 3DMax and noone commented on that. I've got an enterprise engine room WIP thats all Max too, I was just waiting to finish that before I posted it. Maybe I should have put these in the poser forums but I always import into Max because I dont like the poser renderer.

Ironic. Life and death in the same image. That's what art needs
