Description

This is the Lich King of Ashirion, known as Kharyon. Pronounced 'Carrion' And his 'daughter' Scythe. From my original 'text' sketch of Kharyon. Black fire wreathes around the sockets of a white bone skull, where once a man's face was now there is only echoes of vague flesh. Grey hair in misty whispers roils in tendrils from the crown of the skull, down and into shadow. Perfect teeth, mocking in their rictus smile of undeath, two of the canines pointed...elongated. Around the throat of this creature is a high collar of black steel attached to the beginnings of an elaborate suit of armour. The armoured collar has dark designs upon it, skeletal images and twisted nightmares that curve around and seem to move of their own accord. The armour, begins with a breastplate of enamelled white and silver plate, yet the metal and material is light, sculpted and formed, ornate and decadent. Rounded pauldrons, shoulder guards, and interlocking pieces of gothic platemail armour him from torso downwards, in a exquisite and imposing manner. A thick metal belt, all one piece and as black as midnight's heart coils around his middle. No buckle seems to bind this creation, but the belt is carved with ancient runic symbols. There seems to be no translation to these icons, and they give no clue as to their meaning. His towering nine foot frame is wrapped in a thick leather cloak, attached to this are runed pieces of black and silver metal, yet more armour it seems. They are placed onto the garment as strips, down the panels and across the back. His hands are encased in laquered metal, red and black gauntlets, each ending with a long taloned fingernail which is possibly as sharp as a dagger or a knife. And finally, over the cloak rests his sword, with a blade of bone and a handle that curves like a twisted crescent moon. Dark boots, midnight black, encase his feet and each is plated to match the rest of his armoured attire. -- As you can see, Kharyon is not your typical Lich. Scythe: Tall and commanding, around seven feet in height and yet lithe of movement. The cowl is lowered at present revealing the burnzing azhure of her gaze framed by a wondrous mask of polished steel, formed into the features of a beautiful woman with lips curved into a gentle smile. Silverine hair, unfettered by any binding falls freely about this deathly still, faintly smiling visage, in a silken mystical torrent. A figure that is firm and shapely, the torso bound within a tight leather vest, plated with silver and cut sharply at the front, revealing in part the pale smooth lush curves within. Form fitting leather trousers, also plated with silver encase her long legs and black leather boots that reach to just above the knee protect her feet. Her waist is clasped by a tightly fitting broadbelt, the buckle of elaborate design, an ivory skull with eyes of malavolent ruby that glimmer and gleam. A slender cabbarded longsword hangs at her right side, the pommel a single crystal of quartz. Her bare arms are lithely muscled and bound about with elaborate swirling tattoos, the colours constant weaving and dancing like smoke..or fire, that end at her wrists. Her hands are also bare, rings decorating each finger, long claw like nails enamelled a gleaming azhure. From her cowl a long dark cloak weaves about her shoulders and brushes the ground as she moves, now concealing, then revealing the shadowy glories of the figure within. -- This from the original description by Hellion before she turned it into the figure you see beneath the Lich King himself. Enjoy.
