Very realistic and yes they realy are the fruits of life. The top of that fag packet looks extreamly real.

Nice work! I love the DOF and the modeling is great. My only suggestion for improvement would be to remove the "graininess" near the front of the image...or is that a factor of the 3DS Max renderer? Whatever, this is very nice work!
