yes it is a great model, and a pretty clean render, the only thing i would work on though is add caustics to the diamond, a diamond's index of refration i am pretty sure is 2.42, it'll give the diamond that sparckle, and mak for an even better render thank this great render, keep it up, its lookin great so far

Love the stone, but the bumptexture on the inside of the rings shows pixels, maybe higher reolution, dont know really, i work in Lightwave. Nice pic though.
