Description

All quiet ...except the occasional backfire! -*- There was a photo I liked in a magazine, so decided to try to build it. The textures, details of the windows and doors, stairways and plantings, the car were my own, but it's a type of San Francisco apartment you might find. -*- Thanks for chugging by, comments are welcome

Excellent work on this street scene, and I especially like the mood/atmosphere created by the darkness of the night. Sure glad I'm not walking down that alley, who knows what lurks there! Enjoyed viewing.

Well, dont know what the original looked like, but it cant be as good as this! Excellent modeling Jim, as well as the whole scene! But what about the bullit holes in the walls, and some friendly looking neighbours with trenchcoates and violin cases...??? :)

Superb modeling and great attention to details. I like this very much. Great textures and lighting. Seems as if I am standing and looking down on the street scene from an unseen building across the way, and on the other side of the street. Excellent work!

Amazing perspective and wonderful textures, Jim. This is dizzying and detailed at the max. The old car and the yellowish light add magically to the atmosphere. I'm really enthusiast of this image.

Great POV, mats and lights as usual, and I agree with Rochr... I had a fleeting glimpse of Kevin Kostner and Andy Garcia running around the corner ;o)
