Some colour for the crosses? (Unless it's their logo) Maybe more gold, or perhaps a wood?

My only critique is the black frame around the center element. It's so black that it disappears into the shadows; perhaps a slight bump with a higher specularity would bring it out, or a wood texture might be nice. For that matter, is it really necessary? Unless it's part of an existing logo, you might be better off with just the lettering, the crosses, and the globe.
