The "metal" isn't that great but it was a quick experiment.

You should improve the barrel! Just take a tube with 10-20 diameter points. Reduce the edge rounding of the rendering software, then twist the tube along its length. Place the twisted tube inside the barrel and you have this twisted, James Bond like, rifle look.
