Description

My very first underwater scene. I wanted a shot of the coral reef, with all its beautiful marine life. Models from DAZ3D, plants from Mitch's site (whatever happened to his site?) and 3Dplants.com. All Bryce, only a little bit of KPTs, no re-touching.

This inspires me all the way...it must have been some render time. I would be curious to know how long the render was? The colors are just fantastic!

I'm a diver and I just want to say...I want to dive this reef!! You should write a tutorial for your underwater set up! Gorgeous!

Thank you all!! Considering I usually render my stuff at a regular 8.5 x 11, it took half a day I think, on a PII 400 with 512mgs RAM, the Bryce file is over 200mgs. I can't take credit for the tutorial, it is Mitch's and I think it is THE best underwater tutorial I have found.
