Description

Of all the photo's I have taken on my journeys, and there are hundreds, this one always gets the most attention. I was up one night in Vancouver BC, after a concert or movie and I saw this girl at the bus stop, with her mother. Mom was clearly wasted and the kid was holding her bus pass, and moms pass too, she was the one in charge. this image says so much about so many things.....

hmmm. the story certainly adds poignancy to the photo. i'm not sure what to make of it, but it's thought-provoking.

The shot is brilliant, looks like a shot from a movie ("Taxi driver" was my first impression) and the story just makes it stronger.
