Really cool color composition... Almost like the Matte backgrounds from Blade Runner. Bet you had to wait quite a while for the atmosphere to play along for this shot!

This reminds me of the view from "Lunatic Park" on the other side of the Harbour. Have You ever seen this Vista, when the Bats are flying between the Towers of the CBD? :)

agree with funkandjazz. The lights are beautiful. Do you remember what kind of settings you used on this? A slight crop on the left to remove the empty space on the far building, and my "great" changes to an "excellent."
