Description

I know some of you were waiting for some textures to appear on this one, well here they are. Still not 100 percent happy with this render but can't quite put my finger on it. I've been looking at it too long now so hope your fresh pairs of eye's can help. Any helpful comments appreciated!

Sabaman is right, nice pic, but what i think is giving you pause is the fact that everything is in focus, bright, no dirt, and has sharp edges. maybe with some different lighting, maybe some small shadows, and some dirt on your bricks down by the grass and sidewalks... oh and dont forget the building in the back too, if the main building looks awesome but the back building is mediocre, the whole image will be ruined. Peace, hope i helped a little

I agree with all the above its a good image but way too clean. Dirty it up a bit and perhaps set your camera a bit differently...DOF or something might do the trick. The construction is very well done..I like the use of glass. However, the grassy knoll could use some "color" it seems too uniform and rather dull. Looks like your consturction is finished its just a matter of taking hours and hours to texture it... :)

nice modeling. The street could be a bit darker to contrast with the gutter some more.

Really nice render! I'd suggest moving the clouds over to the left a bit to give some texture/interest to the sky where the eye wants to go naturally. Agreed that the value (dark/light) of both buildings in the scene are too close to the same - maybe the one behind wants to be a bit greyer...? Might benefit from a simple dark shadow in the foreground so that the sky appears lit up and the building has more color - relatively. Good luck.

Great modelling. I think you need some stronger shadows for this clear weather.

Great work. Very plastic! Cirrus clouds looks cool with building-visualisation :P
