I don't think we need expensive programs to make good pictures, and your picture is an exemple. Yes, it's a great picture !

Euxeb's right. It really seems you don't have so much need of spending a lot of money, seeing the results! __ I love the "painted" feeling, the blurring gave the image a romantic taste.
