something about the lighting bothers me. There not enough contrats or something. It's a bit washed out. Might be more effective to make it later in the evening and give the softer, dimmer light a touch of a blue tint.

Agreed on the lighting; I think ambient light is too bright. Maybe play with the light sliders, see if you can bring up some contrast; I think that would really help. Neat POV and building.

@bonestrucutre thx for comment, but I want a morning and hazily atmosphere, not evening with clear shadows and the warm light. I try to make a bright light for this morning atmosphere. But maybe there could be more contrast.

However the lighting could surely be changed, but its just a brilliant model... I really love it, and Im sure you can do a lot from this... ;-)
