You come quite close to the original. Taking into account that you only have your screen-estate, and he his complete canvas, you did do a marvellous job indeed. If I may make one remark: compare a greyscale version of the original with your own work in greyscale, both set one aside the other in photoshop. This helps a lot to see differences in contrasts.

That's funny, most of the "great artists" copied other artist's pictures as a learning tool. I am one of the few people I know that CAN and DO reproductions of the great masters. If you think this is just a "spoiled original", then let's see YOU do it. Oh wait, I went to your gallery. All you do is manipulate photographs. Let's see YOU do THIS picture in Photoshop ALONE, then tell me how lame I am.

All this is no convincing.... This your business.. If the person opens bank to make copies atop of monetary kopjur-it name the thief. Good Luck ! Also do not make laugh me, that you do in PS all reproductions from zero. To great pleasure I know as it is done. You use a ready picture to create a picture??? I have not gone mad yet...

alexdem is being mean! I've copied picture to picture from Bouguereau before and it's hard to do. It's copying, but I learned alot and it takes skill to do it. Beautiful Ladyjane. I love it. :)
