Terrific level of realism!!! You might want to increase the resolution of your background texture a bit, it looks very grainy in contrast to your model. Perhaps consider turning on caustics for this one? I think that this is really very well done.

Amazing realism. It is true, the background textures is pulling the image back.. fix that and you will have an even better pic.
