Modeled in Wings3d, painted in Photoshop, renderized in Lightwave3d ;). It's a work in progress image... i'm texturing it yet ;)

The face has a lot of personality. I really like the teeth and eyes, they look great. I think it would look more normal if you would bring the pecks up a bit, and make his armpits deeper, but I'm not sure that's what you're going for. I'd love to see spikes on his head and down his back, and maybe some on his arms too, but that's a preference thing I suppose ;)

Looking very good! A bit of tweaking in the seams of the texture perhaps? Very nicely done.
