Took me all day to do this...man just to get the effects of water is hard...any suggestions on how to do it better next time would be great... Credits: Steph and the Sea Creature (a Freebie) from DAZ, V3 mermaid tail (Made to fit) Back ground is a picture I found and added, I think it's the grand canyon..
