Well, If you're new at this I will leave comments. I know when I started with terragen I was dying for comments because I wanted to get better. Comments are like taking shots- they hurt when you get em, but in the end its good for you. Now let me see what I can say about this image. Hmm...Well, I like the perspective, and to boot its a VERY realistic landscape. The shape is awesome. Lets see, the sky is really cool the way it trais off into the distance, which gives it depth- however near the zenith and the top of the image it gets pixelated. The right cloud I can understand, but the left looks like it should be either thicker with more 3-D depth, or less dense so it looks more whispy like the other. Hmm...The land again, looks great, and the texturemapping is good too, but try to get the snow moreso on top and the grass moreso on the bottom. I don't mean total confinement, but try to have a greater degree of seperation. The grass looks like its mostly on the bottom, but the snow seems equally spread out everywhere. Other than that, this is looking awesome! Well lit and a good atmosphere. Keep up the good work, hope I didn't bore you!

Agree with Globator. And another thing I noticed: in mountains shadows are darker and sharper. In order to make picture more realistic you should lower the shadow lightness value. Reducing shadow lightness changes whole scene so it may be necessary to change some other things along with shadow lightness to maintain the overall apparance (eg. color of atmospheric blue or light decay etc.)

mostly what I noticed was the relatively flat shading of the mountains (no contrast between light and dark) and the powdered-sugar look of the snow. good snow is hard :) try making the snow more dependent on slope and altitude, and reducing the fuzziness of the boundary. your sky is also boring :) other than that, it's a very nice image.
