Description

Standing upon the rim of the ruined circle, they saw all round below them a wide prospect, for the most part of lands empty and featureless... The Fellowship of the Ring J.R.R. Tolkien -I did some experiments with the landscape erosion model 2. -Marlin ground textures were used. -The ruin was made in Max and rendered through the comm plugin. -No postwork, just WB, Max and a Poser figure. There is still a "Weathertop theme" running, i didn't get much reply on this. (see WB database) If you need a ruin model for the theme, please let me know i can sent you one. Come on and make some nice entries for this theme. Regards Alfons

What i like about this is that when i say the ruin... i felt Tolkien before i read Tolkien. Well done, love it.

Nice job, Alfons. I like what you did with the erosion model. It looks very rugged. The ruins are very cool, and mesh well with the hilltop. - Chas

This is really nice - the only thing I would suggest is the character should be smaller to illustrate the grandeur of Nenorean buildings.
