Ive been working on this all week, although there are some bump maps, the writing is boolean.

Your replica is not very accurate, although you might have replicated it correctly. The robocop gun is a heavily modified beretta pistol. Try to get some detail pictures of thet one in the web. That might help you to improve your model. There are many important details about the robocop gun. The divided slide for example. Only the back part of the weapons upper part is a moving slide. The forward assembly is nothing more than a cosmetic barrel weight. You might try to integrate that in your design.
