Don't know if this is helpfull, but you could try to smooth the dolphins in Bryce (with the "E"-Button)- nice Pic by the way.

Pretty damn fine for "beginner gallery" or maybe I'm way off base and should be putting all MY stuff in here.. Awesome lighting and mood. Gr8 post work on that jellyfish too.. [I have yet to attempt my first underwater scene, and now I'm not sure I want to, thank you very much... heh heh]

I agree with MRNot: for a beginner, this is a very good work! I wish I could have done this when I was starting myself! By the way, explain me how your ank can stand like that and where the bubbles are coming from... Try to put something in the foreground to mask the hard transition bitween the stones and the sand. Keep on deerpath!!! You'll do great images!

Thanks for the comments... Ricochet - thanks for your help and comments. About the dolphins...I did run the smoothing all the way up and it still looked rough as you can see here, I even smoothed it with the soften tool in PSP. (It was really bad before...) Is there any other way I don't know about? I considered taking it into Imapi and creating a finer mesh, but don't know enough about that program yet to do that. MRNot - thanks for your very kind words. This image went through 3 transitions over the past couple weeks. Just didn't know until recently how to do what I wanted. Read 3 tutorials to do it. Was fun. Olivier - Thanks for your encouragement... Good point about the anchor...lol! It was pointed out to me that the crosspiece is going the wrong direction...should be perpendicular to the fins...oops! Should have had a photo to work from I guess.... About the bubbles, I was snorkeling once and saw a stream of bubbles come out of the sand...then stop. I thought it was cool... so I added that. Not sure what made it...maybe a fish hiding there.

This is really a good under water image. It's hard to do. I've tried. Love the bubbles.
