Looking good so far, that's WAY WAY WAY to long of a render for what you have there. Would you like some tips on quicker radiosity renders??? -- dano

The render seems long even for bryce :) I don't know about C4D. But the bot looks awesome! Keep it up, can't wait to see the finished guy! ;)

What??? 10 hours and 45 minutes??.. damn... did u used a 386 pc with 8mb ram for it lol... O.K. try out this radiosity parameters: strenght: 100%, accuracy 70%, prespass size 1/1, diffuse depth 3, stochlastic samples 150, min resolution 25, max resolution 25... now do a testrender and finetune the min and max resolution... for the final render change accuracy to 80-90%, diffuse depth 5 and stochacstic samples 300-500 (for outdoor scenes more to 500, for indorscenes 150-200 working fine)... hope that helps a bit... this are the standart parameters I use for every new scene and then do some finetune. Ahh, cool desingn for the little bot, I am curious about the final version... ThanX for posting!!! ~{o;)
