This makes me think of a story behind it. Perhaps her love is on the ship that's leaving, off to some distant galaxy to do some sort of strange scientific research that's going to require her to gear up and go save him... I love it when a picture seems to want to tell me a story. Oh, and I love the beautiful metallics and reflects in this. Wonderful!
