Well, I just woke up with this idea in my head...

Her name is Mirai, she is a mage of the Grey School, quite powerful as a matter of fact. It's a kind of urban-fantasy, that's why she is dressed in modern clothes.

when I buy books I don't really look at the cover, I look for authors I like, so I can't really answer your question, though I'm sure it would work well. I love the image though, I like the silver coils and your character has a gorgeous face - I can't believe it's Judy! Excellent work :)

a book with that cover would most definitely catch my attention. but i also like to read the synapsis first and maybe even the first page(s) before i can decide. after all the saying goes: don't judge a book by its cover ;) but it's a beautiful picture, nonetheless. great job!

Well, i would add few touches here and there, to make her more striking and eye catchy, still, its a great image(but reminds me of a Buffy comics cover-sadly). Luke.
