Very nice. Two things. Needs motion blur applied to the laser blasts, possibly the ships too. second. try using the two point flare with no outer ring, this always looks good, as most of the hi-res lenses they use in pro motion pictures give this kind of flare, hence, looks more pro to the viewer. Nice planet surface though. Nooch!

3-day render? Wow... incredible amount of patience went into this. I'm not a big fan of this lens flare effect, but I must admit that it's done very nicely. Any chance we can see a render of that spacecraft alone? Keep on posting.
