Description

Seven of Nine's quarters aboard USS Constitution. Seven: "Why did Jesus die for me?" "I have been through so much, I did not get to have a childhood because I was assimilated so young. They took away everything from me, my family, my identity and then I participated in some of the most sickening acts of brutal conquest. How can all that happen to me, and yet you all say He cares about us, and me?" Captain Elizabeth Shelby: "The first humans made a terrible choice, they chose their own selfish desires over the love offered by our Creator. That never changed through thousands of years of human history. Though He thought about giving up on us many times, He never did. In Jesus , The Creator came and lived a life, an expample to us all of how He wanted us to be, righteous, caring, and willing to help others in need. I don't know why all that happened to you Seven, but I know The Creator wants a restored relationship with you and all of His creation, The Bible says 'no greater love is this, then one lay down his life for others'" -------------------------------------------------- Transporter room by TonyO of Excalibur Productions Borg Alcove Kurokuma in free stuff Red Bed by www.3DPMR.com SciFi table by DTE Tommy Ericsson gwd@swipnet.se

The subject of Christ's death is at the same time theologically complex and yet so simple. Likewise, it is regarded with awe and wonder by believers and scorn by the scoffers. How delightful to see it treated with such dignity and yet in a fresh, new way! Blessings.
