A very believable lifeform. Reminds me of either "Barlowe's Guide to Extraterrestrials" or the specultaive biology book "After Man". Fascinating! Sincerely, Bill

You made this?! It's amazing. You really should market it if you have not done so yet.

Incredible ! What a wonderful picture. I love sea-food It makes me hungry: a sea-crab, nothing is better with some Art moroccan sauce ! LOL ! _Only Darwin and you could have made such a nice entomology wonderful artwork (I would say: entomo-logistic work...) Bravo ! _I have a true & very strange story:_I went to a big Animals & Botanics museum with my wife Greta, in Montreal,CANADA five years ago... At the Entomology Department, there was a window where a crowd of insects were nailed...with in the middle, at the very center, nailed to, a big spider, a kind of real Amazonian big "black widow" one, precisely the predator of all of the insects, alrady nailed with needles all around.. then something strange & weird happened as I said to my wife, but loudly enough so that many people might have heard what I was saying: "...And in the middle, of course, there is THE PREDATOR of them all...", I said to my wife, talking about the insects, of course... then my wife suddenly turned back, like she was being "aspired", "stuned" by some magnetism,, and began to walk almost unconscient, like sucked-up, as she was "guided" as a robot to another and isolated corner of the museum looking as if she wanted to be near some kind of old "man", alone, far away behind everybody, the crowd watching the insects: He was looking fifty years old, fat, wearing black eyes-glasses,long hippy curly black hair, moustache & bead, but with a strange look, dressed normally, as other tourists, but dressed in black, looking totally human though. He was silent. He didn't move, didn't talk to my wife. This guy was weird. My first reflex was looking around for my wife...she had "disappereared" from my sight. So, of course, I simply wondered where she was gone, in order to find her and go on our visit together. But when I saw her, she seemed to have stopped to watch anything, she was walking as if she became blind, to get close to this "guy". And she semmed to have lost conscience and came close to him... for no reason...She never knew neither saw this guy, she never came to this place before.I had to take her back by the hand to make her come back. She seems she never knew ahat happened, even today, and she couldn't explain me this strange event: She said she had never "followed" anyone... but other people around saw her..."guided" during these few seconds, they saw me taking her back to her "conscienceness" (awake-state) and all the tourists there saw me taking her by her hand, back. It was very strange. Today, She still says she has no rememberance of this event, and seemed to have had total amnesia during these few seconds about the fact she really steped to this "man", going close, like "attracted" by this "guy"...she was totally cut from the reality for about 30 or 45 seconds... As I made her come back close to me, she stayed silent, in a "parallele-world" for a few seconds(No, she has no brain tumor !) cut from the reality that I was just simply with her in a museum watching animals and other things... During about these forty-five seconds, she was "gone". She never does neither did drugs, neither did I. None of us drinks alcohol. We were not tired...None of us is mentally ill. _Some kind of abduction?... Yes...if I believed in abductions. But I only believe that a tiny minority amongst us humans have got some tiny hypnotic power, I prefer say..."influence" (My studies & work at the Parapsychology Dept. at Philadelphia University many years ago though, made me aware that some of these phenomenons exist and are either positive, and some other ones are very negative and very dangerous, a little bit like spiders' "hypnotism" and its stings are generally lethal for the insects taken in the web...,then the spider waits, hidden, immobile, in a corner, after sewing its web, then, when "it's time",it decides to sting again, until the prey's too weak... Then, it can devore it. Happily I have a good kind of broom, a sane brain, and I think I am a too much bigger "witch" to become the victim of such a strange phenomenon.without being a warlock ...And my hypnotism can only get my wife to love me, as I love her. Nothing strange never happened after this day. However, this event is real and I will never forget it...I got her back to me...she looked she totally hypnotized...then, a few seconds after, everything was as if nothing never happened to her. She was withme, "back in this world" again. This event lasted from about 25 up to 45 seconds. Not more. But this is a real story. I swear it is on the head of my eigtheen months-old son. ____ But on your picture (I don't want to scare you...) you painted a innofensive Ocean-crab, dangeous for fish only, I think.. Have you ever been a ocean-fisher, or either I suppose you have a fasscination for these animals, which are kind of very strange and pretty.. It seems that it's here only a sea-spider,(sea-crab,spider-crab) and these ones are very good to eat ! Anyway, your 3D picture & its rendering are very well done. Bravo again for you magnificient artwork anyway. - If you like real stories to inspire more of your fantasy artworks, now, you have this story, which really happened to us, in Montreal, in July 1999.
