That looks fantastic so far Byron. I have some great jewelery that would compliment the toga quite nicely. Was beginning to wonder what happened to you, haven't seen anything from you in a long time, glad to see you back.

It looks so very real. The colours are so rich, and there's not one sharp edge. Great work.

wonderful imagery and composition.. how ever you might want to check your UVW manpping on your stairwell rim.. the bricks look a bit smaller than the rest !!! all in all .. great work on the toga ;)

I agree very nice use of MAX textures. Is that a photograph of a wall mapped to the inside of a cylinder?

I agree with everyone; that stairwell is EXCELLENT -- perfect, in my eyes. The only thing I would change is the pose of her left arm. Everything else is great!

taking the other side.. the lighting doesnt add to the scene, it just shows it.the texture chosen for the scene is to dirty and bumpy for such a clean girl. she is faceing as if she just came out of the wall, not down the stairs. it has no mood.no style. it is just a funny looking girl standing on stairs.. but it is good clean modeling. i guess. im not trying to be rude, i see all of your talent in max, then i keep seeing all of these oddly lit sterile scenes.. but i guess your style is attractive to the people here. what is one complaint ;)

I like the Toga and the figure its on! As for improvement, the shadows on the figure are at 2 to 3 O'Clock and the casted shadow is 12 O'Clock, an easy thing to over look and easy to fix. The staircase is great but, it over powers your figure. The rusty railing has to go, give the place some class with Brass or Crome. A potted plant or two on the stairs couldn't hurt either. One thing I do to create more depth and mood is to use motion blur, set at min., zoom, and center on the figure. If your objective was to permote the toga and sandals you need an lot less background and lot more Toga and Sandals. Put it back in the oven, its only half done!

Love the outfit. Beautifull. But the Romans called it a "stola." What you have is more like the dress worn on a wedding night by a bride only for her husband. The gold rope was tied in the "knot of Hercules" to be opened by her husband. I hope that you make the figure available soon. A toga was a voluminous neck to ankle garment worn only by men or prosttiutes. It was not at all form fitting.
