DAMN!!! This is a fine image mate. The lighting effects are sweet as a nut. Maybe you could light the room brighter, and try and put in an element of dust - of which the particles would be more visible in the lights distinctive path?? Other than that, you've got some great skills.

Yeh, this is fantastic. The lighting looks amazing. I'm not sure about the bulbs hanging from the ceiling but WOW, great work.

Perhaps some info outside the windows would help the realism. Nice radiosity, can you blur the reflection on the floor a bit??
