Ugh yes...it did take a long time, but ironically not to build or to render, but to come up with in the first place. My comp is only 600mhz so I have to find new ways of doing things to lessen render time but still get the overall feeling right. When I read how long it took Red Steve to render his pic I almost had a coronary. Of course, you can see the difference. I should have rendered twice the size at least, but I'm more interested in conveying the concept. I don't have the power to make a really good render. And yup, it is just Bryce, at least it is if you consider than skins created in Photoshop and then applied in Bryce still constitutes just Bryce. It can all be rotated and rendered without having to doctor it in Photoshop (except a few airbrushed light halos...oh and the two little guys, they are Photoshop painted, too)
