My latest image. A couple of maintenance type droids. I am using Xpresso to free the wrist, arm, and feet from their hiearchies. In an animation when the leg lifts the feet will remain level with the ground (very helpful). The arm will maintain it's pitch and the wrist will maintain it's global orientation. The arm and wrist are slaved to controllers (hidden wireframe copies that can be used to separately manipulate them). Very neat, lots of possibilities to explore. I guess what they really need now is a scene to exist in! Comments and suggestions are welcome as usual.
