I just had to do it... I've never worked with the surface modifier before, so I felt called upon to do it, so here it is: The Chestnut Chess Knight, from the 3DSMAX own tutorials, this will also be a part of the class I'm tutoring in. Never mind the raytracing or lights, that's not where I put my energy. In fact, there are no lights at all. Perhaps I'll fix that some day, but not tonight, and probably not until I've med the rest of the chess set...
